Otelin tek guzel tarafi havaalaninin icinde olmasi. Otele verilen fiyat ile karsiliginda aldigim oda bekelentilerime hic uymuyor.ozellikle son kez kaldigimda ust katlarda ve aydinlik oda secegini idi.verilen oda yine otelin icine bakan karanlik kucuk bir oda idi.ayrica odaya sebepsiz yere havlu yada baska birsey birakmak icin kisiler girip cikyor. |

Very convenient location!!! Friendly staff. Facilities are not in good condition, such as malfunciton of air conditioning, broken light. broken safebox... should be maintained properly. Other than that, it is quite comfortable to stay. |

Too expensive. Standard facilities, nothing to justify the premium other than location but there are better value-for-money options near the airport. |

the convenience of being in such close proimity of the airport. Yes, the fact that some of the amenities clsoe at certain hours. Being on the airport and having travellers coming through at all hours of the day/night amenities such as the sauna/steamroom should remain open 24 hours a day! |

The closeness of the hotel to the Schiphol Airport, which I used for depaeture early in the morning. When i was checking out, I was charged twice as much as the price I had been offered at the time of reservation on the internet, though it was immediately corrected when I pointed out that it wa incorrect. |

Ease of check in and out Drain on shower was blocked ..........this is one of my hot buttons and can never understand why room staff seem never to check this in hotels,you failed on this score while everything else was good |

Very convenient for airport terminal. Ideal if one is night-stopping between flights (which applied to me). Price of breakfast, prompting me to eat in the airport terminal 5 mins away at a fraction of the price, but after all this is a Sheraton. The shower in my bathroom was difficult to get right as the controls seemed to operate in the opposite sense to the conventional i.e. clockwise to increase, and one had to reach through the water spray to work them. This was sometimes much too hot for comfort. |

I forgot my telephone loader and ask the hotel to sent it to my house but they only sent it if I pay for it. That is no service! |
