les navettes gratuites bien organisés. l'acceuil. la chambre. le prépaiment. J'aurai aimé pouvoir payer avec mes cheques vacances. |

Je n'ai pas aimé le service à la clientèle. Une employée avait les mauvaises information à propos des services offerts. Aucun livre de référence dans la chambre. Nous avons demandé pour être réveillé le matin, et ils ont oublié. La navette entre l'aéroport et l'hotel à pris 1h pour y aller et 30 minutes à notre retour, c'est trop long. Repas à l'hôtel trop dispendieux. |

Close to the airport, allowing you to get up and go next day with few worries. Bar food in Lower Bar was good, same menu as in the Resturant as I understand I believe. I stayed overnight 1 night for morning flight, room was very clean and very comfortable. It maybe quoted as being 2.8Km from the airport (as the crows flies) but does not seem that via road, but is fine, via the scheduled shared courtesy bus service. |

We were put in a double room No. 533. the room was very noisy caused by air venting system. We could not sleep well for the whole night, We called the receptionist, and asked sending a technician to come. The receptionist refused to do so, and knew the problem obviously. The room was not suitable for arranging any guest to their knowledge, (Manager was nicely offered a free four hour stay) |

close to the airport This hotel only really caters for one night stays hence facilities are not so good.. Mini bar is in reception !!!! , TV not working properly and staff at the desk took too long in check in and out. I was quite surprised. |
